My Most Dangerous Shoot

I was almost attacked by a snake...not ready attacked, but it was about 6 inches away from me--and it was LONG and big. Not poisonous though. It became a funny joke. My job was EASY today--check out these beautiful sisters! I had a hard time picking which one's to put on here.

This was a really fun couple who let me be as creative as I wanted to be while shooting their pictures. The wedding is Saturday and we are all excited about it.

Staying Busy!

Sorry it's been so long since I have posted. I have been swamped for the last couple weeks. This week in particular because of Father's Day. I wanted to show you some of the storyboards I have been doing.
I was lucky enough to be at a ball game and captured this home run--what made it so special was that it was his FIRST ever! (I actually got two first time home runs at that same game!) I got the nicest e-mail from his mom thanking me for being there and getting these shots--this is why I love what I do! This is a 20 x 20--stand-out. The best part about this is it is ready to hang!
Here's a 10 x 20 Father's Day gift: This gal is always flipping around--the storyboard is REAL! It's how her family sees her--love these types of shots!

Mark and I just returned from a trip to Aruba...it was an incredible trip--here are some of my favorite images.

Gabby Goes to Prom

Gabby was so excited for prom last night! She looked beautiful. I went with her to have her make-up done and Crystel did her hair afterwards. She was really stunning!

The Miller's

There's nothing I like better than to get pictures of my best friend and her boys! Since I only get to see them once or twice a year, I was glad to capture their joy in NC!

Justin and Katelynn

Oh, this was a fun, fun time! I love seeing real genuine smiles...

Justin and Katelynn are seniors and will both be going to different schools in the fall. They were a joy to be around!

Baseball

We are at the ball fields almost every night of the week. Top Photo of catcher from a middle school game, middle photo of our Herd Team, and last one league ball (my son pitching his first game this year).

Kristi and Baby "P"

This baby's dad is serving in Iraq. When these photo's were taken, he had never seen the baby in person...only in photo's. One of my favorites is the one with the dog tags. Kind of artsy, huh? I showed 2 different versions of it so you could see some different editing techniques.

Dan Nicholas

This was a fun session...we arrived at Dan Nicholas park...the park ranger told us they were closing in 8 minutes. We ran to the bridge and snapped some quick pictures.

Carolina Herd Wins Tourney!

Here are some photo's from the weekend. Peyton caught this ball in center field. This shot of Cameron was right after the third out in a close Championship game. Love to see these guys so happy! I thought the black and white one turned out cool--I like for you to see what I can do with some editing ;)
